mxIsInt16

Determine if mxArray represents data as signed 16-bit integers

C Syntax

  bool mxIsInt16(const mxArray *array_ptr);
  

Arguments

array_ptr
   Pointer to an mxArray.

Returns

Logical 1 (true) if the array stores its data as signed 16-bit integers, and logical 0 (false) otherwise.

Description

Use mxIsInt16 to determine whether or not the specified array represents its real and imaginary data as 16-bit signed integers.

Calling mxIsInt16 is equivalent to calling

• mxGetClassID(array_ptr) == mxINT16_CLASS
