Camera Graphics Functions

The following table lists MATLAB functions that enable you to perform a number of useful camera maneuvers. The individual command descriptions provide information on using each one.

Move camera position and target

camlookat
View specific objects

camorbit
Orbit the camera about the camera target

campan
Rotate the camera target about the camera position

campos
Set or get the camera position

camproj
Set or get the projection type (orthographic or perspective)

camroll
Rotate the camera about the viewing axis

camtarget
Set or get the camera target location

camup
Set or get the value of the camera up vector

camva
Set or get the value of the camera view angle

camzoom
Zoom the camera in or out on the scene
