Current Clauses
The Current clauses area shows the query clauses you created in the Where Clauses dialog box. You can modify query clauses as follows:
- To modify a clause, select the clause and then click Edit. Make changes to the Fields, Condition, and Operator areas and click Apply. That clause in the Current clauses area updates to reflect the changes.
- To remove a clause, select it and click Delete. Use Ctrl+click or Shift+click to select multiple clauses to delete.
- To accept all current clauses and close the Where Clauses dialog box, click OK. The where clause is reflected in the SQL statement shown in the Visual Query Builder dialog box.
- To close the Where Clauses dialog box without updating the SQL statement shown in the Visual Query Builder dialog box, click Cancel.
