Fields

In the Where Clauses dialog box, select the item from Fields whose value you want to restrict. Also use the Fields list box to associate values from multiple tables.

After selecting a field, specify the Condition.

Example for Fields in Where Clauses Dialog Box

If you want to restrict the stock numbers to a specified range, select StockNumber from Fields.

To equate the stockNumber from productTable with the StockNumber from the salesVolume table, select productTable.StockNumber from Fields.
