Saving the New Wavelet
The New Wavelet for CWT Tool lets you save the synthesized wavelet. The toolbox creates a MAT-file in the current directory with a name you choose.
To save the new wavelet from the present selection, use the option File
Save Adapted Wavelet. A dialog box appears that lets you specify a directory and filename for storing the data. After you save the wavelet data to the file newwavel.mat, the adapted wavelet is given by X and Y.
Note that the version of the saved wavelet is correctly defined to be used in the CWT algorithm and is such that its square norm is equal to 1.
