Aggregate Column Data

1. In the VQB Charting dialog box, after selecting the type of chart and X data, Y data, Z data, and Color data, select the Aggregate column data check box if you want to chart counts rather than values.
2. After checking the box, the preview of that chart updates to reflect it.

This example shows a bar chart of suppliers' countries with Aggregate column data checked. From the chart you can see that Australia, Ireland, and Northern Ireland each have one supplier, the United Kingdom has two suppliers, and the United States has five suppliers.
